We provide real estate services throughout beautiful central Kentucky and northern Tennessee. We are a locally owned and operated real estate agency. which is welcoming to those who enter. Our Main Office is in Columbia, KY with branch offices in Jamestown. Our virtual office allows our agents to work from anywhere and to meet clients right where they are. Our firm uses the latest technology and tools to provide the best service. We offer virtual tours of properties allowing you to view them from the comfort of your home.

As REALTORs®, we are expected to maintain a higher level of knowledge of the process of buying and selling real estate.

Southern Nest Realty is owned by its Broker, Tammy Stotts.

Tammy Stotts has been selling real estate for 20 years and has bought, remodeled and sold many homes over the last 25 years. She specialized in working as a buyer’s agent to help people find their dream home or retirement property.

Through this process, Tammy fell in love with all things real estate. She formed friendships with her buyers and sellers which resulted in a lot of repeat business and referrals. While maintaining other full-time jobs in business and office management, Tammy felt a calling on her life to pursue her Broker’s license and make real estate her full-time occupation. Once this decision was made, God literally opened every door to allow her to reach this dream. Tammy obtained her Broker’s license in February of 2020 and opened the doors of Southern Nest Realty.
