Brooke lives and loves the “real estate” business. After graduating from Berea College, she started her career path working in the hospitality industry and with state government. Her career in real estate began when she became a Certified Real Estate Appraiser and it grew from there. Brooke obtained her Real Estate License over 20 years ago and has prided herself in her knowledge of the local area and the surrounding Lake Cumberland region. 

She resides in Russell County and truly believes she lives in God’s country. She enjoys rehabbing older homes and making the ugly, pretty again. She enjoys meeting new people and seeing the excitement in their faces as she helps their dreams come true with finding their dream home. Brooke is especially helpful to First Time Buyers.
