Jay Rowlett

My name is Jay Rowlett and I have lived in Columbia most of my adult life. I am married to Elaine Rowlett who is also a Realtor with Southern Nest. Together we have 3 children, Jerrica Rowlett, Cassie Rowlett Rein and Shawn Sinclair. I have worked as owner/operator at Sonic in Columbia KY for more than 30 years. Real estate has been dream of mine for many years. With faith in God and the support of my wife Elaine I’m now a realtor at Southern Nest. Over the past 3 decades I have come to know so many wonderful people and families in Columbia and surrounding counties. My hobbies include fishing, the outdoors and traveling with family and friends. I’m very excited about working together with my wife and best friend Elaine and look foward to serving our community through Real Estate.
