My name is David Schultheis. I was born in Kentucky and my family moved to Indiana when I was 5. I lived there until 2010 when I thought I would venture off to Texas. I lived there for 8 years and got homesick so in 2018 I moved back to the one place that makes me happy – Kentucky.
I attended IUS and Purdue in pursuit of a mechanical engineering career. In 2000 I started farming and found my love of the land to be exhilarating. I have raised goats, cattle, horses, hay, and even had a U-pick strawberry farm that was very successful.
Over the past 30 years my passion has been buying and selling my own properties. In the last 20 years I have been flipping farms and ranches, which has not been an easy task. I am always in pursuit of the perfect blend of wooded and pasture land. In my search for the perfect place, I have looked at a lot of properties with many agents and learned what it takes to be a great agent. Having been on the other side, I know what information you need as a buyer, and I will get all the details for you to make the best decision.
My goal is to get clients exactly what they want, even if it’s not one of my listings. Buying real estate is the biggest decision in most people’s lives. I want them to feel confident they are getting what they want, and not feel pressured to buy a place just because it’s convenient.
I truly care about your real estate needs and wishes. I will work hard to find your dream property. Please feel free to contact me about any real estate questions you may have.
