Tammy Stotts

My name is Tammy Stotts and I am the Broker / Owner of Southern Nest Realty in Columbia KY. I live on a farm in the Breeding community of Adair County with my husband Barry Stotts. We have 4 children, and 3 grandchildren.  We love the outdoors, living in the country, working on our home, spending time with family and serving with our church family at 3trees Church.

I attended Lindsey Wilson College and graduated from Western Kentucky University with a BA in Business Administration. I worked in office management and business administration for 25 years. I obtained my Real Estate Sales Associate License in 2004 and worked as a Sales Associate for 20 years. As a Sales Associate, I specialized in working as a buyer’s agent to help people find their dream home or retirement property. Through this process, I fell in love with all things real estate. I formed friendships with my buyers and sellers which resulted in repeat business and referrals. I felt a calling on my life to pursue my Broker’s license and make real estate my full-time career. Once this decision was made, God literally opened every door to allow me to reach my dream. I obtained my Broker’s license in February of 2020 and opened the doors of Southern Nest Realty.
