Teresa Absher

Teresa Absher is excited to begin her real estate career with Southern Nest Realty. With deep roots in Adair County and a career centered around education, service, and her community, real estate is an exciting new chapter for Teresa.

Teresa is a retired Adair County school teacher and currently serves on the Adair County Board of Education. She also works part-time at Downey Eye Clinic. Her years in education and community service have given her strong communication, organization, and people skills that she looks forward to bringing to her real estate clients.

Teresa and her husband reside in Adair County and have two children and three grandchildren. A cancer survivor, Teresa is also a proud supporter of the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance, a cause that holds special meaning to her.

In her spare time, Teresa enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and traveling. Teresa is looking forward to building her real estate career, serving her community in a new way, and helping buyers and sellers through each step of their real estate journey.
